Jessica Stephans is the founder and principal designer of Jessica Stephans Interior Design, a full-service residential design studio based in Chatham, New Jersey. She creates homes where thoughtful architectural details, rich textures, and carefully curated materials come together to make everyday living feel beautiful.

Jessica believes the best homes feel personal. Her approach begins with listening—understanding how her clients live, entertain, gather, and unwind—then translating those routines into spaces that are beautiful, functional, and uniquely their own. Whether guiding a renovation, furnishing a new home, or reimagining an existing space, she designs with intention, balancing architecture, comfort, and practicality to create homes that feel effortless to live in.

Before launching her own studio, Jessica spent nearly a decade as a business manager on a New York City trading floor before pursuing her lifelong passion for interior design. She studied at The New School before joining Siriano Interiors as Lead Interior Designer, where she collaborated closely with Christian Siriano on high-end residential projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. That experience refined her appreciation for craftsmanship, custom detailing, and the thoughtful design decisions that give a home warmth, character, and a lasting sense of place.

Today, Jessica works closely with each client from concept through installation, creating homes that feel inviting, beautifully considered, and deeply personal. Her work is guided by the belief that great design should enrich everyday life, creating spaces that are as comfortable and functional as they are beautiful.
